With over two decades of experience in counselling, coaching, and energy healing,
I blend grounded therapeutic approaches with spiritual insight to support your
growth from the inside out.
My journey from corporate life to wellness work was born from a deep personal transformation -
and it’s this lived experience that allows me to meet you with empathy, intuition, and real-world tools.
I’m passionate about helping you return home to yourself - with simplicity, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose.

I was referred to Maria by a friend following the passing of my mum earlier this year and hesitantly accepted to see her,
unsure of how anyone could ease this pain and via Zoom of all the ways (due to lockdown restrictions).
Little did I know I was about to meet my guiding light, not only through the uncharted waters of grief, but every single aspect of my life!
From our very first session Maria’s warm and loving light was injected into my life. She has helped me in so many ways,
giving me the tools to help myself and enable my growth under her guidance. We have had many epiphanies, shared many tears, and exchanged countless smiles and moments of peace and love.
Maria changed my life, a life I no longer wanted and had deemed irreparable, in ways I could not even fathom.
I cherish our time together and always can’t wait for our next session to be blessed by her gorgeous energy!
For the purpose of this review I am limited to only five, but there are not enough stars in the universe that could accurately depict how incredible Maria is and the services she provides!
