REIKI is an ancient natural form of healing accelerating the body's ability to heal physical ailments and emotional states, opening the mind and the spirit to the causes of various conditions.
The client lies comfortably on a massage bed, fully clothed, and covered with either a light blanket or doona. The Reiki is gently transferred through the Practitioner's hands in a non-intrusive way,
which usually induces a state of deep relaxation. The intention of the client is held with grace, as the Reiki healing energy releases, energises and supports the wellbeing of the client.
A rebalance of the chakra system is included in all first consultations. This brings us into alignment and allows us to feel grounded, balanced and centred.
Consultation may also include: crystals, visualisation, colour, sound and music. Reiki assists women and men of all ages including pregnant mums, children and babies.

Reiki Distant Healing – Is AS POWERFUL remotely as in-person.
Energy has no boundaries, and to receive a healing is a wonderful opportunity to rebalance and feel more peaceful, calm and present –

How does this work?
- We will connect online, allowing you to debrief and set your intention for your Reiki healing
- We will then disconnect from video online, and you will relax laying comfortably either on a bed, lounge or recliner. At that time, you may wish to place on some relaxation music.
It will be vital that you won't be disturbed
- I will then begin the distant healing
- After the distant healing, we will reconnect online and discuss any questions you have and sharing of your experience.
I will also share anything intuitively that came through to support your healing and wellbeing
